Dr. Mark Steffen oversees medical and care management strategies that encompass Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota's medical policies, quality and clinical programs, pharmacy and clinical products. Dr. Steffen is also responsible for leading health care quality and affordability initiatives within the company’s medical management programs. He began his career at Blue Cross in 2018.
